How much does it cost to use iCOMMUNITY's wheelchair-accessible transport services?

At iCOMMUNITY, we strive to offer transparent and competitive pricing for our wheelchair-accessible transport services. Here is a detailed breakdown of our costs:

Minimum Shift Duration: All bookings for our wheelchair-accessible buses require a minimum shift duration of 2 hours.

Hourly Rate: The cost for the minimum 2-hour shift will be charged accordingly. We bill according to the NDIS price guide at $67.56 per hour (current as at 01/07/2024).

Kilometre Charge: In addition to the hourly rate, there is a charge of $3 per kilometre travelled with our wheelchair-accessible buses.

Booking Example: For instance, if you book our service for a 2-hour shift and travel a total of 10 kilometres, the cost would be calculated as follows:

2-hour shift (minimum): [Hourly Rate] x 2

Distance charge: 10 kilometers x $3 per kilometer

Total Cost: (2 x 67.56) + (10 x $3)

Additional Services: Any additional services or special requirements such as extended waiting time, extra assistance (2:1), or specific vehicle modifications may incur extra charges. When booking, please discuss your needs with our team to get an accurate quote.
